The only thing we care about is where the project is, your ability to secure licensing or permits, NOI pre-debt service, and the projects meeting our company floor of $250m for project financing. - Docs drawn in as little as 30 days
- Fixed rates as low as 4.5% and rates are locked for the entire term of the loan
- Funding of all phases including site or property acquisition, soft costs, and hard costs
- Developers can be recapitalized for all equity already in the project
- No restricted industries or project types, except adult entertainment. We will fund cannabis projects as well.
